Designing a house worthy of being called a VACATION house is a demanding task. This requires engaging the client on their personal vision of rest, relaxation, and enjoyment. This part of Headroom’s design process, we think, is the most critical, and the most fun! This project is located in the quaint locale of Ponderosa Leisure Farms in Silang Cavite. By way of Silang-Tagaytay Road, this property is wedged between the rolling hills of Tagaytay and the pineapple plantations of Silang. With a 315 sqm. area, it has 3 Bedrooms, 3 and a half Toilet and Baths, with a two-car Carport.

Ponderosa Leisure Farms requires a “Mediterranean” aesthetic for any residential development in the subdivision.

Though foreign, the Mediterranean influence gives a degree of timelessness and rootedness, a throwback at a time when spirit and place are as essential as the family that enjoys the abode.

Ground Floor. Forty percent (40%) of the lot MUST be allocated for farming. The farming area is placed at the rear of the property, which can be viewed from the bedrooms and the dining area.
