The façade is layered with pabalat CNC sunshades, casting intricate patterns of light and shadow throughout the day, while capiz-inspired panels add a tactile nod to Filipino craft. A pitched clay tile roof completes the profile, balancing tradition with timeless elegance.

The design integrates these cultural elements with modern living needs, blending natural ventilation, privacy, and protection from the elements.
