Scope:
Architectural & Interior
This residence stands out with its sculptural contemporary form, defined by a bold roofline and the interplay of solid and transparent planes. The façade combines textured stone panels, vertical timber slats, and expansive glass to create rhythm, contrast, and balance. Arched openings punctuate the stone volume, softening the strong geometry with a touch of elegance. A pair of angled steel columns support the wide roof overhang, transforming a structural element into an expressive design feature. Landscape elements—lush trees, low shrubs, and manicured planters—frame the architecture while extending its organic character into the street.
By day, the design exudes calm sophistication with its mix of light stone, warm wood soffits, and clean modern lines; by night, integrated lighting dramatizes the façade, casting shadows that highlight textures and architectural gestures. The layering of materials and volumes ensures both privacy and openness, while the raised second level with its balcony and glass balustrade creates opportunities for outdoor living. The house presents a clear architectural identity: grounded in strength, elevated by elegance, and expressive in detail.
